About CSI

CSI is arguably the innovator of the modern trend toward more and more forensics-based crime drama TV shows.  Regularly one of the top-rated shows in-season, the show centers on a core group of characters who work 24/7 to investigate crime scenes that might have previously been unsolvable before modern technology and advanced forensics experts.

Set in Las Vegas, CSI has explored very interesting forensics themes.  The show made a dramatic transition prior to the 2010 season when it cut ties when long-time central figure Gil Grissom (William Petersen) and shifted Catherine Willows (Marg Helgenberger) into the ‘lead chair’.  (Learn more about the show at CBS CSI Website)
