About The Office

The Office is a 30-minute sitcom that airs on NBC.  The show  is based on a British-version produced by comedian and actor Ricky Gervais.  The story centers on a office workers who fill various roles while working in a typical cubicle office environment.  The show plays off many of the conventional office space cliches with regular ego clashes, inappropriate behavior and more.  The office is run by a caring but often misguided boss, Michael Scott (Steve Carell).
